Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (f/m/d) for our growing company group in Berlin.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (f/m/d), you will develop our test strategies, conduct both manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and make suggestions for improving test processes.

Your Tasks:

• Development and implementation of test strategies and plans to ensure software quality

• Creation and execution of manual and automated tests

• Collaboration with development and product teams to review requirements and specifications

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the development process

• Analysis and reporting of test results, deriving improvement suggestions, and continuously improving test processes and methods

Your Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance, software testing, or as a QA Engineer

• Solid knowledge in creating and executing test plans and test cases

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Rust) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript)

• Team player with the ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills

• At least good proficiency in English
